If you have lost an item on the bus please call 859-331-TANK between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Information Center Specialist who answers the phone will be able to tell you if an item has been returned. In many cases items are not returned until the bus completes all of its routes for the day. If we do have your item, you will be asked to come to TANK's main facility at 3375 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright to claim your item.
