The TANK Board is made up of nine members. Boone, Campbell and Kenton county each appoint three members to the TANK Board to serve a four year term. The TANK Board members act as a policy-making body and represent the citizens and elected officials in counties that appoint them.

The TANK Board meets each month on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Meetings are held at 6 p.m. at the TANK offices, 3375 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright. If meetings are changed in any way (location, date or time changes), newspapers are contacted and public notices are published.
